residence is composed by spacious ergonomic rooms that are
characterized by their fine decoration. It includes five (5)
bedrooms, two of which are guestrooms, four (4) bathrooms, two (2)

room with a wooden ceiling.

Built on a
1,042 sq. mts of land, the six-story building St. Every floor occupies three apartments, while the two
apartments of the 5th floor are connected with the 6th floor by
internal stairs, creating two two-story lofts. The basement and the
open area around the lobby will occupy 15 storage rooms and 16
parking spaces respectively, that will satisfy the needs or every
apartment.
More specifically, the hallways and the kitchens of
each apartment have been covered with marble floors or ceramic
tiles, while for the bedrooms we have used wood (oak) floors. The
external window frames are of white PVC with double glass windows
that provide heat and sound protection. The cabinets and closets are
of bakelite white or color material. Additionally, there are
independent central air-conditioning units, television cable and
automated digital voice and video entry door answering system in
every apartment. If you are still not convinced to pursue one of
our apartments, you have to see the 80 m2 Function Room that will
definitely impress you. Finally but not least importantly the
endless view of the Aegean Sea will verify your decision. Our

One of
the first examples of our work is the multistory building . Its unique design and elegance makes the
building resemble a multilevel single residence, instead of a
multistory building.
The
building is composed by one, two and three bedroom apartments
with large balconies that overlook the city . During the
design process every space was carefully and practically
organized. As a result the basement was transformed into large
storage rooms and the area around the lobby was developed to fit
the parking spaces. Additionally, the elevator design that
allows access to handicap individuals was unique on the island.
This is another luxurious building
including marble floors in the hallways, the lobby and the
balconies, and wood floors in the bedrooms. More luxurious
characteristics of the building include the large wooden
window frames and doors, reinforced with double window glass
and mechanical inclination. Also, heat and sound proof
materials have been used for every
apartment. :
For
the roof design, we chose a triangular shape ceramic tile roof
that will add the picturesque character of the traditional
homes to the modern structure. Finally, there is a surprise
for every one who visits the highest level of the building; a
warm romantic attic that overlooks the city and the beautiful
Aegean.
Working on an
island with long history and culture, restoration and
renovation of old structures became a very important aspect of
our working expertise. Using our technical knowledge and
personal admiration for the old structures we manage to bring
them back to their original shape. Starting with the medieval
residential town of Mesta, we gave back life to the abandoned
private residencies. We took care of not only the exterior
restoration, but the internal decoration as
well.
Village
homes There are
composed of 24 traditional villas. One should take into
consideration , is an old castle,
pentagon in shape and surrounded by a stone wall with
various entrances around its
periphery...
Τα κτίσματα -διασπαρμένα στον πυρήνα
του χωριού- είναι κατά κανόνα διώροφα και παρουσιάζουν κοινά
μορφολογικά, τυπολογικά και κατασκευαστικά χαρακτηριστικά. Η
ανακατασκευή γίνεται μόνο με παραδοσιακά υλικά(ασβεστόλιθους
χοντρολαξευμένους) και με τρόπο ανάλογο με εμφανή την λίθινη
τοιχοποιία και τα θολοσκεπή δώματα.
Το κάθε σπιτάκι περιλαμβάνει:
μια μικρή κουζίνα-καθιστικό, που για λόγους φωτισμού
χωροθετείται πλησίον της εισόδου, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ένα μπάνιο.
Οι δύο όροφοι ενοποιούνται εσωτερικά με πετρόκτιστη σκάλα ,ενώ
ξύλινος θα παραμείνει ο φέροντας οργανισμός του δαπέδου και των
κουφωμάτων. Τα τζάκια θα διατηρηθούν για λόγους αισθητικής και
θέρμανσης, όμως μονάδες κλιματισμού θα υπάρχουν σε κάθε δωμάτιο.
